Tenancies create themselves
Mark a unit rented and the tenant record and contract are built from the agreement you just signed.
For landlords, agents & agencies in Malaysia
Malaysia's biggest portals now serve agents only. Dourr is the rental marketplace where any owner, agent or agency lists for free, screens verified renters, and signs a real Malaysian tenancy agreement without leaving the platform.
Recorded on a phone. Nothing sped up, nothing staged.
Free, no account needed
Pick your area and property type to see what comparable units are currently listed for on Dourr. Real live listings, not an estimate.
Why listers move to Dourr
Free, properly free
No listing fee, no success fee, no commission on the rent, and no cap on how many properties you post. Publish a unit, renew it, edit it, take it down and relist it next quarter. The price does not change, because there is no price.
The part nobody else gives you
Not a downloadable template. Dourr builds a full Master Tenancy Agreement from the terms you and your tenant actually agreed, both parties sign it electronically, and an optional witness can counter-sign. The executed PDF is stored privately against the tenancy.
Because the law has not caught up
Malaysia still has no Residential Tenancy Act and no tenancy tribunal, so verification has to come from the platform. Every renter who contacts you carries their verification status openly, and contact details are blocked inside messages so nobody can pull the conversation somewhere unaccountable.
See it working
Three flows, recorded on screen. No narration, nothing sped up past the point of honesty.
Trust, made visible
Reported rental scams in Malaysia rose from 184 cases in 2023 to 922 in 2025, a rise of over 400% in three years, with losses reaching roughly RM2.5 million. Renters have learned to be suspicious of everyone. Verification is how you stop paying for that suspicion.

Verification, reviews and how fast you reply combine into a score and band shown to renters on your listing.
From empty to tenanted
Address, rent, photos, furnishing. Three photos minimum, because listings without them do not get enquiries anyway.
Every renter arrives with their verification status attached. Approve a viewing, or decline without an awkward conversation.
Agree the terms in-platform, generate the tenancy agreement, and both sign it electronically. Add a witness if you want one.
Mark the unit rented and it syncs straight into Autorentic, which creates the tenant and their contract for you. No re-typing anything.
After the signature
Filling the unit is where most platforms stop. Dourr keeps going. The moment an agreement is signed, the tenancy, the tenant and their contract are created for you, with no spreadsheet, no re-entry and no copying details between systems.
Mark a unit rented and the tenant record and contract are built from the agreement you just signed.
Change the rent, the photos or the availability once. Every surface showing that unit updates with it.
Connect your existing account and your properties line up on both sides automatically.

What changed in 2025
If you own the property and want to advertise it yourself, the market got smaller last year. This is not an opinion, it is published policy on their own help pages.
From 30 September 2025, iProperty removed owner listings and Property Wanted, stating it would focus on "connecting serious property seekers with agents". It has since merged with PropertyGuru.

Mudah.my allows a property owner one live rental ad at any one time. Own two units and the second one costs credits, with no monthly reset.

PropertyGuru Group agent packages run from RM4,317 to RM21,479 a year. Per-listing cost sits behind a credit system you can only price after you log in.

Straight answers
Listing is free with no limit and no commission, and that part has no asterisk. Dourr earns from optional extras you never have to buy: a WhatsApp contact button on your listings, a Verified Lister badge, and promoted placement. Your listing works fully without any of them.
Yes. There is no cap on active listings and no per-listing charge, so a full portfolio costs the same as one unit. Malaysia's regulated letting commission runs from a minimum of one month up to 1.25 months of rent for tenancies of three years or less. Dourr takes none of it.
Fair question, and the honest answer is that Dourr is newer and smaller than PropertyGuru. What we will not do is quote you a user count, because a number designed to impress you is not evidence. What is checkable: every listing gets its own indexed page plus city and area landing pages built for how Malaysians actually search, and the expat audience that drives a large share of urban rental demand is a specific focus. Listing costs nothing, so the real test is posting one unit and seeing what arrives.
Renters enquire from a real account carrying their verification status, so you can see who is serious before replying. Contact details are blocked inside messages, which removes the incentive to scrape listings for numbers to spam.
Yes. Dourr generates a full Malaysian Master Tenancy Agreement from the terms you and your tenant agree, both parties sign electronically, and a witness can counter-sign if you want one. Dourr also calculates the stamp duty payable and stores the certificate once you have stamped it with LHDN.
Not yet. LHDN provides no interface for a platform to submit on your behalf. What Dourr does is calculate the exact duty on your agreement, show you the 30-day deadline, link you to the LHDN portal, and store the certificate against the tenancy once you upload it.
No, and neither can any other platform. CCRIS is restricted to Bank Negara and CTOS requires the individual's own consent. What Dourr shows you is whether an applicant has verified their email, phone and government ID, plus their history of viewings and applications with you.
That depends on your area, your asking rent and your photos far more than on us, so we will not quote you an average that would be meaningless for your unit. What we can tell you is what moves it: listings with at least three clear photos, an asking rent in line with comparable units nearby, and a verified profile get contacted more. The market lookup at the top of this page shows you what similar units are currently listed for, which is the single most useful input before you publish.
Keep them. Dourr does not ask for exclusivity and does not charge you, so an extra listing here costs nothing but the minutes it takes to post.
We would rather tell you what is coming than pretend it has arrived. These are in active development and are not available today.
Collect rent and chase late payment through the platform, on the terms already written into your signed agreement.
Hold the security deposit in a regulated account until the tenancy ends, so neither side has to trust the other on the way out.
Listing on Dourr costs nothing, takes about five minutes, and asks for no exclusivity. If it does not work, you have lost five minutes. If it does, you have skipped a month of commission.
