Identity, the trust floor
Verification badges confirm who someone is. They are earned only by verifying real details, never bought.
- Email Verified: confirmed via a verification link.
- Phone Verified: confirmed via an SMS one-time passcode.
- Government ID: identity confirmed against a government-issued ID.
Trust, built over time
These reflect a track record on the platform and grow with genuine, long-term use.
- Long-Term User: tiers at 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 years as a member.
Reputation, earned by behaviour
Reputation badges reward how someone actually treats the people they deal with.
- Fast Responder: tiers for replying within 12 hours, 4 hours, 1 hour, or 15 minutes on average.
Social, a richer profile
Completing a profile and connecting verified accounts builds confidence for everyone.
- Profile Complete: tiers at 50%, 80% and 100% of your profile filled in.
- Connected Accounts: tiers for linking verified sign-in accounts.
Paid placement, clearly marked
Some features are bought, not earned. They move listings up the page and nothing more: they add nothing to a Trust Score, and they never claim anything was checked.
